We’re looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Coordinator who takes ownership of our supply chain from our office in Tilburg. You make sure our five brands are always in stock, on time and at the lowest possible cost, across Amazon, Bol and our own webshops in Europe, the UK and the US. About the role
You become the go-to person for our day-to-day supply chain. You take over the overarching supply chain tasks from our current supply chain lead, who is moving up to Head of Operations, and you report directly to them. You work closely with our supply chain specialists in the Philippines, who run the weekly replenishments, and with product development, customer service and finance in Tilburg. AI is often the answer to improving our processes, so you enjoy experimenting with it.
What you’ll do
Own the supply chain
Plan and manage inventory and replenishment for Amazon FBA, Bol and our own warehouses across Europe, the UK and the US.
Purchasing and suppliers
Turn forecasts into purchase orders, follow up with our manufacturers in Asia and make sure goods are produced and shipped on time.
Logistics
Manage freight forwarders, warehouses and logistics partners, keep in-transit data accurate and keep shipping costs as low as possible.
Guide and improve
Guide our supply chain specialists in the Philippines, set priorities, spot issues before they escalate and keep improving our processes, preferably with AI.
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years in supply chain or operations, ideally in e-commerce and an Amazon FBA environment.
• Strong experience with forecasting, purchasing, replenishment and inventory management across multiple channels.
• Experience working with manufacturers and freight forwarders in Asia.
• Comfortable taking ownership and guiding others.
• Excellent English; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Based in the Netherlands and working from our Tilburg office.

• Always looking to improve current processes, preferably with AI.
Bonus points
• Experience with inventory planning software (for example Inventory Planner, Cin7 or NetSuite).
• Worked at an e-commerce brand, aggregator or agency.
• Experience setting up or improving supply chain processes in a scale-up.
